- In a bowl add flour, salt (as per taste). Add water to knead dough. Dough should be like roti dough. Drizzle some ghee/oil. Knead it again. Keep it aside.
- Mix all ingredients in rice.
- Take small portion of dough. Roll it like a ball. Roll out like chappati. Fill rice stuffing. Fold one side.

- Then fold another side for making cone shape

- Now fold open edges. And press with your palm. Flatten out very softly.

- Heat griddle. Place parantha on it. Flame should be slow to medium. Flip it.

- Drizzle some ghee. Cook it until golden, & crispy. Remove it from griddle.
- Serve hot with curd fry or plain curd.
