  8. Add 4-5 tbsp Beetroot paste and stir nicely so that Beetroot paste incorporates well with milk.
  9. Cook further for 2-3 minutes more and PHIRNI is ready.
  10. Immediately transfer to serving cups/bowls and refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  11. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
