- 4 tablespoons cooking oil for shallow fry

- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok add onion and green chilies and saute well add beetroot in it and saute on low flame till water burn from it.
- Add leftover dal in it and mix well,

add salt in dal mixture but don't put too much salt in it coz already salt added in leftover dal - Add roasted rawa in it and mix it well rawa will soak the moisture of dal cook it on low flame till you get the mixture thick like upma.

- Heat little oil in pan for shallow fry
