  1. Place all the ingredients for spinach stick in a food processor bowl.
  2. Make dough without adding any water. Keep covered and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 portions. Roll 1 part into a big circle of about 1/5 inch thickness.
  4. Cut into 1/3 inch wide strips.
  5. Twist them a little and fry them in small batches over medium to low heat
  6. Fry untill crisp
