  2. 1/2 cup milk (cow or plant based)
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1/2 beetroot, peeled and chopped
  5. 2 dates
  6. 4 soaked Almond
  7. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  8. 1 tsp chia seeds
  9. For garnishing
  10. 1 handful pomegranate arise
  11. 5-6 black raisins

Steps to make to make Beetroot Oatmeal Breakfast

  1. Firstly, In a grinding jar add beetroot pieces, dates and almonds grind until smooth paste. Add 1-2tsp water or milk if required.
    Keep it ready
    Soak chia seeds in water 1-2 hours before breakfast.
  2. Heat milk and water together. Keep the flame on low-medium
    Add in oats and cook until oats becomes soft and cooked.
  3. Further, Add in beetroot paste, cinnamon powder mix well and and cook for another 1-2 minutes on low flame. Turn of flame.
    Beetroot Oatmeal Breakfast is ready.
    ✔ I do not add any extra sweetener as beetroot and dates both are sweet enough. But if you required you can add honey or maple syrup as per your choice.
  4. In a serving cup or bowl firstly half fill the Oatmeal, then add some pomegranate.
    Then add Soaked chia seeds and fill the cup with remaining Oatmeal.
  5. Finally, topped it with some pomegranate and black raisins.
    Serve hot or at room temperature or you may also enjoy it chilled as a dessert.
