  7. 2 tbsp oil,
  8. as required Oil for frying,

Steps to make to make Beetroot Aloo Kachori

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add ata, salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder, mix it well.
  2. Now add aloo & beetroot puree, mix it well. Add oil now, again mix it well.
  3. Add water slowly slowly, knead a tight dough. Rest it for 10 minutes. Now brush some oil over the dough.
  4. Take small portions of the dough, make balls.
  5. Roll it, make a small, thick kachori. Make all kachoris in the same manner.
  6. Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
  7. Moderate the flame, deep fry kachori until both side light brown.
  8. Now refry the kachori at the time of serving to make it more crispy, keep the flame high.
  9. Take out in a serving dish.
  10. Can be had with any chutney or curry....your choice
