- 1/4cup Beetroot-
- 1 bunch Palak- small
- For pasta
- 1 cup Tomato puree:
- 2 Onion: finely chopped
- 1 Capsicum: (cut in vertical pieces)
- 1 Carrot- finely chopped
- 2 Green chillies:
- 9-10 Curry leaves:
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil:
- as per taste Salt
- As Required Soya sauce:[optional]

Divide idli batter in three parts.
Grind beetroot with 1 tbsp batter to smooth paste.Add left part and mix well. - Grind palak and mix with other part
- Now pour all three colours idli batter to idli pot and steamed for 10minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and onion. Fry till it becomes transparent.
- Add capsicum, green chillies, carrot and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomato and salt and cook till it leaves water.
- Add soya sauce (optional) and idly. Cook for another 5 minutes.
